At Georges Hobeika, we strive for perfection in every creation; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with all couture tags and security seals intact.

Log into your account or visit our 'Contact Us' page to submit a return authorization request mentioning your order number and the items you wish to return.
Awaiting Approval
Our concierge team will review your request to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria and will provide a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original branded box and protective packaging, ensuring the RMA form is included inside and the shipping label is clearly attached to the exterior.
Inspection & Refund
Once received, our quality control team will inspect the garment; upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
