What is the typical shipping timeline for Ready-to-Wear collections?
Ready-to-Wear orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, international shipping via our premium couriers usually takes 5-7 business days.
Do you offer international shipping and are duties included?
Yes, we ship worldwide. For most regions, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout to ensure a seamless delivery experience without additional unexpected costs upon arrival.
Can I return a piece if it does not fit?
Ready-to-Wear items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that Couture and custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
